Policies governing use of the CATO platform

Subprocessors

Last reviewed October 23, 2026

Nyrus Corp. uses the subprocessors below to provide CATO. Each processes data under the data processing agreement linked beside it. Stripe may also act as an independent controller for certain payment and fraud-prevention functions. The Data Processing page describes what data CATO processes and how long it is kept.

Public research services

Public literature, clinical trial, patent, protein, pathway, chemical, and other biomedical databases that CATO queries at a user's request are data sources, not subprocessors. CATO sends them only the search terms, identifiers, filters, sequences, or structures needed for the lookup. Do not include personal or confidential information in those queries.

Changes

Nyrus reviews this list at least quarterly and updates it before a new subprocessor receives user data. Material changes are communicated when required by applicable law or contract. Questions or objections may be sent to contact@nyrus.ai.
